Compatibility View Keeps Resetting

Valued Logicor Clients,
A recent update to Internet Explorer 11 may cause repeated issues with compatibility view settings. If upon entering the shipments screen, you encounter a page that looks like this:
then in addition to enabling Compatibility View for GlobalShip, please also follow the steps below:
1. Click the Gear icon located in the upper right corner of Internet Explorer, right below the red X.
2. Select Internet Options from the menu that appears.
3. On the General tab, uncheck the "Delete browsing history on exit" checkbox.
